Refunds policy

Conditions for appointment cancellations :

If you cancel your appoitment at least 48 hours notice you will have full refund of your booking.

If you cancel less than 48 hours we will refund only 50% of your booking fee.

If you cancel on the day we will keep 100% of your booking fee.

Bookings with "The Celestial Travel Reading" :

The celestial travel reading request a pre-work before the consultation, for this reason after your purchasse 50% of the fee will be remain by us if you cancel your apoitment at any time.
You will still be able to receive a resume of your chart by email.

Gifts Vouchers :

We operate a strict 6 month redemption period. All EternalArtChemy vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase. We are unable to redeem or extend expired vouchers.

A single voucher cannot be redeemed across multiple appointments.
